Cancellation Policy
Your scheduled appointment is very important to us and time is allotted especially for you. If you need to reschedule, we kindly ask at least 24-hour notice for cancellation or rescheduling of appointments. Cancellations may be done online if you made the appointment or by phone.
Late Arrivals/Missed Appointments
We reserve the right to charge for any appointments missed without notice. No shows will be charged the full amount of service at their next scheduled appointment, and will require a credit card deposit for future appointments. Clients with three consecutive cancellations will no longer be booked. Late arrivals more than 15 minutes after scheduled appointment will begin at arrival and end when the next client arrives.
Walk-Ins
Walk-ins are always welcome, however, appointments are recommended.
Return Policy
Retail products may be returned within 7 days of purchase with receipt for exchange only. To be eligible for exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it and in original packaging. You will need to bring receipt.
